I didn't get my confirmation email. Check your spam folder, then use "Send it again" on the verify screen. Still nothing? Email us.
I forgot my password. On the login screen tap "Forgot password" and follow the link we email you.
My date of birth is wrong. It is locked after sign up for safety. Email support and we will correct it.
How do I cancel PAIR Premium? iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then PAIR. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I report or block someone? Open their profile or your conversation and use the menu. Blocked members disappear from each other's decks and cannot message you. We act on reports within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account? Profile, then Delete account. You have 30 days to change your mind, then everything is permanently deleted.
How do I download my data? Profile, then Download my data.
Keep chats in the app until you trust someone, never send money, meet somewhere public and tell a friend where you are going. If you are in danger, call 999.
