You can delete your PAIR account at any time, from the app or from here. You have 30 days to change your mind, then it is gone for good.
Open PAIR, go to Profile, then Delete account, and confirm. Your profile is hidden from everyone straight away.
Email support@pair-date.com with the subject Delete my PAIR account, from the email address you signed up with. We use that address to confirm the request is yours, start the deletion within 7 days, and reply to let you know. The 30 day restore window below then applies. If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us which, and email from the address linked to that sign in.
Never send your password. We will never ask for it.
Your account is hidden as soon as you ask, and you have 30 days to restore it by signing in. After 30 days we permanently delete your account and everything linked to it: profile, photos, assessment answers, matches, messages, signals, blocks, consent records and Pair Code. Conversations are deleted for both people. Deleted data leaves our backups as they expire, within 7 days.
A record that the account was deleted, holding only scrambled (hashed) versions of your account ID and email, kept for 6 years to show we honoured your request. Usage and AI usage statistics are kept with the link to you removed, so they no longer identify you. Reports and child safety records may be kept longer where the law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel PAIR Premium. Cancel it in your iPhone Settings (your name, then Subscriptions) or the Google Play Store (your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions).
